This weekend, as the Avengers reassemble in your local multiplex, there’s only one city in the nation that can top the on-screen drama. Because, this weekend, Seattle is seeing several Avengers actually assemble for another round of ACE Comic Con.
ACE’s next gathering in the Emerald City promises something genuinely spectacular for those fortunate enough to find themselves near the WAMU Theater & CenturyLink Field Event Center June 28, 29, and 30. Headlining this year’s event are some of the most beloved members of the Marvel Cinematic Universe: Chris Evans, Josh Brolin, Zoe Saldana, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, and Lee Pace.
Fans of Matthew Vaughn’s Kingsman franchise — or recent box office smash hit musical Rocketman — can get up close and personal with the immensely talented Taron Egerton, as well.
In between star sightings, attendees can enjoy a live taping of Geek & Sundry’s Relics and Rarities starring Daredevil’s Deborah Ann Woll, or live podcasts of Bow Ties Are Cool, Are you Afraid of Are you Afraid of the Dark, Funko Funkast, and more. There are even daily activities for the kids, too.
Of course, no ACE Comic Con would be complete with a vast collection of the industry’s most celebrated comic book writers and artists. Ariel Olivetti, Aaron Lambert, Brianna Garcia, and more will be on hand to sign autographs, chat with fans, and generally be some of the most creative people on planet Earth.
Souvenir shoppers and comic collectors can also rummage through more than 100 vendors and exhibitors to find the perfect collectible to call their own.
This Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the only place to fully indulge your inner nerd is ACE Comic Con Seattle. You won’t want to miss it.
